Any schedule changes need to be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to the new date. To respect everyone’s time, if you are expecting to be 10-15mins late please let me know to make sure I can accommodate you. Anything later than 15mins late your appt will more than likely next to be rescheduled with a new deposit. Deposits are non refundable & only transferable if you reschedule/ cancel 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Your deposit will be forfeited if you are a no call no show, later than 15mins or rescheduling less than 72 hours prior to your appointment & 50% of your service total may be charged.
