Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any schedule changes must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to the new date. If rescheduled in less than 72 hours— your deposit may not be transferable. Cancellations in less than 72 hours— 50% of your service total may be charged.
To respect everyone’s time, if you are expecting to be 10-15 minutes late please let me know to make sure I can accommodate you. Anything later than 15 mins— your appt will more than likely need to be rescheduled with a new deposit and/ or the deposit will be forfeited from your service total.
